Its main aim is to analyse the public policies and business strategies designed to configure the new audiovisual system that will result from the switch off of analogical broadcasting and the definitive introduction of digitalisation in television and radio. This process will imply substantial differences with respect to the analogical model that has dominated for more than fifty years. Along the same lines, the research carried out by the group aims to identify how the new system formed and was structured; as well as noting the resulting political and cultural consequences of this transformation. It also aims to put forward strategic ideas that can facilitate the transition, within the framework of communication policies. [
